Control Panel Basics - As you arrive at your affiliate control panel the affiliate account status and control panel menu are displayed, the affiliate status window shows you information about your affiliate account such as its status (Active, Suspended or Waiting Payment) when you see "Waiting Payment" this means your subscription time has expired and you need to top it up. Your current subscription expire date is also displayed in this information area, as well as your paypal settings and any free subscription tokens you have in your account. Please see the image below.
Buying Subscription Time - You are notified via email when your subscription time is due to expire, giving you time to login and top up. If your subscription expires you will loose access to your control panel except when buying subscription time. All your sales and referrals will be placed on hold so please do not allow your subscription to expire, we are working on ways to introduce paypal subscriptions to automate your subscription purchase if you wish. To add subscription time use the white calendar icon showing in your affiliate control panel menu as shown in the image above, select your desired payment amount or use free subscription tokens if available to you. Once you make your selection you are taken to the pre-payment screen where your new subscription expiry date will be displayed along with a paypal button to make payment. Click the payment button and enter the paypal website for payment, once payment is complete you can return to your control panel and your subscription time will have been updated automatically.
Editing Your Settings - It's important to keep your affiliate information up to date, this information can effect your e-sales and referrals. Using the "Edit Settings" icon in your control panel you can change your default paypal currency, your paypal email address and any other general settings. Please keep your paypal email address up to date, we use this to contact you from time to time regarding sales and referrals. Cancel Your Account - When choosing to cancel your affiliate account using the "Cancel Account" icon available in the affiliate control panel we give you 3 options before you go ahead and cancel your account/ 1) Get help from a site administrator, leave them a message asking to help you increase sales and better your affiliate account. This sends an urgent message to all site administrators requesting there help and advice for you. 2) For 1 time only you can choose to accept 1 months free subscription tokens, giving you a little more time to start improving your affiliate account before you decide to cancel, During this month administrators will help and advise you along your way to help maintain your affiliate account. 3) Cancel your account completely, this will NOT remove your website membership but will remove your affiliate account and all data associated to it, including sales, referrals etc. Remember once your account has been removed site administrators cannot retrieve it for you, it will be removed from our databases. Review Performance - The affiliate control panel lets you view all hits, sales & referrals using the "Review Performance" icon in your affiliate control panel as shown in the image below. You can view hots from your landing pages & eProducts, review any referrals you have earned, and any sales made through our eProducts system. The review performance area break the statistics down into days, months & years, you may also review "today's" latest performance, and your last 7 days performance at a glance.
Cashing Out - Our systems have a minimum cash out threshold this can be any amount (or disabled) set by site administrators but by default this is set to $25.00 USD, (please note we pay all affiliates in USD currency). Once you have reached your minimum cash out threshold you can place cash out requests for any amount available in your account. Please note eProduct sales money goes directly into your PayPal account, when cashing out you are only cashing out money earned via site referrals, each time an affiliate (whom you referred) buys subscription time you earn 50% of that back. When you place a cash out request, it is passed over to site administrators for review, they will then deposit the funds into your PayPal account within 24-48 hours after your request. The request list is shown on your "Cash Out" menu inside your affiliate control panel. Cash out requests will be marked as Pending or Paid and you will be notified when there has been action on your requests. Before using this service you might want to take a look at the Support Forum and FAQ Forum as these forums may already have the answers to your questions, you can always use these forums to ask your questions too, they are monitored daily by site administrators. Using the "Get Support" menu you can view any open support tickets/issues you have or create a new support ticket, when you open or reply to a support ticket you and all site administrators are notified by email, so every time the status or replies of a support ticket changes everyone involved is notified.
